Your brand deserves a

story teller.

I’m Lucy Randall, a Sydney digital producer. I plan, design and build websites, emails and campaigns for founders and creative businesses, then stay on to keep them working.

Where I can help

Problems I can help you solve.

Most people come to me knowing something isn’t working, even if they can’t yet say what. Usually it’s one of these.

Knowing where to start

A clear, prioritised plan for your website and marketing, in plain language.

Turning visitors into customers

Simple pages and clear paths that make it easy to book, buy or enquire.

Filling the quieter months

Seasonal sales campaigns, planned and run for you, from the website to the inbox.

Bringing customers back

Regular emails that bring past customers back for their next booking or order.

Keeping your site up to date

Dates, prices, products and pages kept current every month, so you don’t have to.

Looking like one brand

Print, social, email and web assets that all look like they came from the same place.

Ways to work together

A one-off project, or a senior pair of hands every month.

Strategic projects

Scoped and quoted per project, to grow bookings, sales and reach. For example:

  • Digital strategy and planning

  • UX audits, user research and service design

  • Website strategy, UX, design and build

  • Sales and email campaigns

  • SEO and GEO, so you can be found in search and in AI answers

  • Brand identity and guidelines

  • Social media and print marketing

Ongoing support

Retained support

A set number of hours each month, with your work at the front of the queue. Ideal for updates, campaigns and the steady work that happens after launch.

Digital production

Content updates, new pages, product uploads and technical fixes, as and when you need them.

Design

Print, website, email and social media assets that stay on brand.

Every engagement is quoted up front once I understand what you need, so there are no surprises.

Selected work

Projects where the thinking, build and handover all had to hold together.

How it works

What working with me actually looks like.

01

We talk

I learn your whole world

Every project starts with a conversation. I learn what you’re building, what’s getting in the way, and which questions need answering before the work starts.

02

I frame it

I find the real problem

Before any design or build decisions, I map the landscape and give you a clear view of what we’re solving and how.

03

We build

Design follows strategy

You’re involved at the decisions that matter, without having to manage every detail.

04

You own it

I stay in your corner

The handover is part of the work: documentation, practical guidance, and a site you can update and grow yourself.

Monthly UX Report Monthly UX Report

Monthly UX Report
$110.00 every month

Your website is working every day, but do you know how well? Each month I'll review how visitors move through your site, where they get stuck, and what's quietly costing you enquiries or sales. You'll get a plain-English report with the changes I'd make first, so you always know where to put your time and budget.

What's included each month

  • A review of your site's key numbers: visitors, top pages, traffic sources and conversions

  • Behaviour insights from heatmaps and session recordings, showing where people click, scroll and drop off

  • A short written summary of what's working and what isn't

  • Three prioritised recommendations, ranked by impact and effort

How it works

  1. Subscribe and complete a short onboarding form after checkout.

  2. I'll send simple instructions to give me view-only access to your analytics. If you don't have tracking set up yet, I'll guide you through it.

  3. Your first report arrives within 5 business days, then on the same date each month.

Good to know

  • Works with Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress, Wix and most other platforms.

  • Reports are recommendations only. If you'd like me to make the changes, I'll quote them separately.

  • Cancel any time from your customer account. Your current month's report will still be delivered.

  • Insights get sharper over time, so I recommend at least three months to see real patterns.

Scan-to-order tasting table display Scan-to-order tasting table display

Scan-to-order tasting table display

Your customers decide at the tasting. Let them order there too.

Whether it’s a cellar door, a trade tasting or a long lunch, the moment someone loves what’s in their glass is the moment they’re most ready to buy. But “I’ll order later” usually means never, and a busy room makes it hard to take every order by hand.

Scan to order cards close that gap. Each product gets its own standing card, designed to match your brand. A guest scans the QR code and their order is already waiting in the cart, skipping the search, the menus and the product page. A few taps and it’s done, while they’re still at the table.

How it works

  1. Scan. A guest points their phone at the card beside the bottle.

  2. Order. The product is already in their cart, ready to go.

  3. Check out. They pay on the spot, or keep tasting and add more.

Built for tastings

  • Wine and cellar doors: a card beside each bottle so guests can order the one they just loved

  • Bulk and case orders: links can load a full case of 6 or 12, or a curated mixed case, in a single scan

  • Hospitality and trade: make it easy for venue buyers, sommeliers and restaurant guests to order at sales tastings, events and long lunches

  • Distilleries, breweries and producers: any product people try before they buy

What’s included

  • Shopify cart links set up and tested for each product, quantity or mixed case

  • QR codes checked on iPhone and Android

  • Standing table card design in your brand

  • Print-ready files, or print production managed for you

  • Optional extras: a tasting-day discount built into the link, or tracking so you can see exactly what was ordered from each event

How quantity works

Each package covers up to five cards. Every card gets its own Shopify cart link, QR code and table card design.

One card is one thing a scan adds to the cart: a single bottle, a case of 6, a case of 12 or a mixed case. So if you want guests to be able to order a wine by the bottle and by the case, that’s two cards.

Need more than five? Just increase the quantity at checkout. A quantity of 2 covers up to 10 cards, 3 covers up to 15, and so on.

The price includes setup, testing on iPhone and Android, and print-ready files. If you’d like me to manage printing, I’ll quote it separately once I know how many copies you need.

Not sure how many cards you need? Order one package and list everything in your brief. If it comes to more than five, I’ll let you know before I start.

Why it works

  • No queue, no missed orders. Guests don’t need to wait for staff to write it down.

  • Bigger orders, less effort. Preloading a case makes ordering six or twelve as easy as ordering one.

  • Delivered to their door. Nobody has to carry a case home from a tasting.

  • Proof it worked. With tracking on, you can see what each tasting actually sold.

Why a table card, not a sign

A big A4 poster gets ignored. A small, beautiful card beside each bottle feels like part of the tasting, not a sales pitch. It sits on the table like a wedding place card and quietly takes the order.

Post-tasting email flow
$550.00

The tasting won the first order. Three emails win the next one.

Someone who orders at a tasting has already told you they love what you make. But once the day is over, your wine is one bottle among many in their rack, and your name fades. Without a nudge, the first order is often the last.

The post-tasting email flow keeps that connection going. It's a short, automated sequence of three emails that goes only to customers who ordered at a tasting. It thanks them, tells them the story behind what they bought, then invites them back just as their first order is running low.

You set it up once. It works quietly after every tasting, cellar door weekend and event, turning one-off buyers into regulars.

The three emails

  1. Thank you (the day after). A warm, personal note thanking them for visiting and ordering, with a reminder of when to expect delivery.

  2. The story (about a week later). The people, place and process behind what they bought. Where it's grown, how it's made, and how to enjoy it at its best. This is where loyalty is built.

  3. The reorder (a few weeks later). Timed for when their first order is likely running low, with a one-click link that puts the same product or case straight back in their cart. An optional returning-customer offer can be built in.

Timing is adjusted to suit your products and how quickly customers typically get through them.

Built for producers who sell at tastings

  • Wineries and cellar doors: follow up every bottle and case sold on the day

  • Trade and sales tastings: stay front of mind with venue buyers and sommeliers

  • Distilleries, breweries and coffee roasters: any product people run out of and come back for

  • Market stalls and pop-ups: keep in touch with customers you'd otherwise never hear from again

What's included

  • Three emails written and designed in your brand, in your tone of voice

  • Built and automated in Klaviyo or Shopify Email, whichever you already use

  • Set up to send only to customers who ordered at a tasting, not your whole list

  • A reorder link in the final email that loads the product straight into the cart

  • Testing on desktop and mobile, plus a test send before it goes live

  • Optional extras: a returning-customer discount, or reporting on how many reorders the flow brings in

How it knows who ordered at a tasting

If you use Scan-to-order tasting table displays, the cart links on your cards are tagged so tasting orders can be recognised in Shopify. The flow uses that tag to send only to tasting customers. Not using the cards yet? I'll set up an alternative, such as a tasting-day discount code, so the flow still knows who to email.

Why it works

  • It reaches people who already love your product. These aren't cold leads. They've tasted it, bought it and enjoyed it.

  • The story builds loyalty. Customers who know who made their wine and why are far more likely to choose it again.

  • The reorder arrives at the right time. Not too soon, not too late: just as the first order runs low.

  • One click back to the cart. No searching your site. The product is waiting when they land.

  • Set up once, works every time. Every tasting you run feeds the same flow, with no extra work for your team.

Why email, and why a flow

A one-off newsletter goes to everyone and says a bit of everything. A flow sends the right message to the right person at the right moment, automatically. For a customer who has just discovered you at a tasting, that's the difference between a single purchase and a lasting relationship.

Pair it with a tasting table display

The Scan-to-order tasting table display wins the first order at the tasting. The post-tasting email flow wins the next one. Order both and I'll set them up to work together from day one.

Systems

I work in the systems you already have.

If you’re already set up on one of these, we can usually improve what you have rather than starting again.

“Lucy is very responsive which was especially important for the urgent sales booklet I needed for a sales trip. Design came together really quickly, her copywriting really elevated my raw material and she was able to problem solve our printing timeline with great results. We had worked with Lucy a few years before on a website redesign (which we also love) and couldn’t recommend her more highly for your digital, marketing and printing needs.”

About Lucy

For fifteen years I’ve worked in digital production, first as a producer managing builds from brief to launch, then as a UX designer and strategist shaping the thinking behind them. I’ve delivered more than 30 website builds across arts, hospitality and government, from OzHarvest to the Sydney Film Festival relaunch, and spent three years as a Senior Service Designer for NSW Government on buy.NSW. I’ve also run arts festivals of my own. My clients now range from boutique wineries and hospitality estates to independent founders and creative organisations.

The thread is the same: I can hold the technical build, the digital structure and the aesthetic intent at once.

The best briefs start as a conversation.

Tell me what you’re working on, even if it’s half-formed. I’ll tell you honestly where I can help most, and if I’m not the right fit, I’ll point you in the right direction.
